Save As Admin from non-elevated process

Notepad++ has a plugin "Save as admin" that lets you save a protected file, even if your Textpad instance is non-elevated:

It would be glorious if Textpad also had this feature. I don't know how many times I either:
- edited a protected file with a non-elevated Textpad instance, and had to copy the file into my clipboard, exit/restart TP and then save the file, or...
- tried to drag a file from Explorer into an elevated instance of TP just to get the international symbol for "Nope, not gonna happen."
