changing print settings permanently (TP 9.3.0)

hi there.

where can i change my print settings PERMANENTLY?

under configuration>settings there is no place to set border widths and what to print in header and footer of the page.
under view>settings i can change those settings. but after a re-start of TP they are all gone and reset to default values.

am i blind?

Apologies for missing your post until now. To persist those settings, use the Page Setup command on the File menu.
