clip library as menu

The clip library is useful. I don't want it open all the time. Currently, I open it, use it, and then close it, but it would save a few mouse clicks and a little time if I could mount a clip library "book" as a menu. Then I could achieve the same thing with 1 click on the menu and 1 click on the entry. The clip library would be out of the way when I am not using it but easily accessible at all times.
