Aligning data

we have (me & my collegue) the same file but the presentation is different.

The problem is in alignment.

I read the subject below, but the file need to be opened by all with the same format.

This is not a tip.
There's a sticky thread saying: DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE. What is the part that is ambiguous ? There is even a "PLEASE" before ...

How come a moderator left this here for nearly a year instead of moving it ? Even better, delete it. You don't set rules for the fun of setting rules, right ?
