A drop down list for redo and undo buttons, like Office and IE.

Customizable button images.

Customizable menus.

I think this is a very good idea, even if I voted "somewhat unimportant". It's not a top priority, and I can think of a bunch of things I'd rather have developers spending time on, but that's one of the features I like most about MS Word.
