My guess is to use a combination of your Window's built-in scheduler and Texpad's command line operators and options.

Not from within TextPad, but you can use a separate utility like HJSplit or Chainsaw , among others. At the very least, add the ability to export the macro as a text file, we edit it, then TextPad can read the text file back as a macro.
