Like many long-term TextPad users I would also be interested in this but I don't think we have a right to future updates. In an environment where Helios won't make statements on future versions, users requiring a feature that is not currently provided are free to look elsewhere.

You need to create a syntax file (*.syn) associated with the file type and then add keywords that you want to be coloured. You may need to create a new document class for the file types.
